Axial Partnership Ltd provides a range of drawing, design and associated services for customers.
EPlan Drawings
We use the EPlan Electric P8 Version 2.1 drawing platform for our electrical drawing and provide the following services using this software.
Design and Creation of New Drawings
We can design panels from concept to customers' specifications and provide both Eplan project back-up files and PDF format electronic copies of all drawings and information. We can also provide A3 or A4 hard-copies of drawing packs to the customer.
All we require are:
- Customer drawing standards / specifications
- Components / parts lists
- List of drives
- List of I/O or network components (e.g. AS-i, Profibus, Devicenet, etc.)
- Panel layouts
Conversion of AutoCAD drawings to Eplan
We can convert existing AutoCAD drawings to the EPlan format. This requires the customer to provide existing drawings, cable schedules and parts lists.
Replacement drawings for panels
Quite often, panel drawings can be lost with no backup copy available either as a hard-copy or in electronic format. In these situations, Axial can provide replacement drawings.
We carry out a detailed survey of the panels, documenting layouts and "as-built" wiring, before re-designing and re-creating the panel drawings. Again, all new drawing packs will be provided both electronically (in EPlan and PDF format) and as hard-copies if the customer wishes.
Cable and Component Marker Supply Service
Axial Partnership Ltd can provide pre-printed cable markers, PLC idents, pushbutton legends and many other identification labels, using our thermal transfer printer. All we require is a spreadsheet containing the idents to be printed, as well as the quantity and type of each (i.e. label size and style). We then post the completed idents back to the customer.
We can supply the print media or, if the customer prefers, they can purchase their own media and post it to us. Please contact us for prices to use this service (minimum order quantities apply).
