Some examples of projects we have undertaken in recent years include:
- On-line print with apply pallet labelling system with bar code scanning, which interfaced to a DEC VAX warehouse management system.
- Raising the safety standards on production line machinery using electrically interlocked and solenoid bolting technology.
- Development and installation of PLC systems, which capture raw instrument data from soft drinks bottling lines and transfer them via Ethernet to the company LAN.
- Several PLC system swap outs to attain a company standard control system for the client.
- Filler graphics systems giving the operator feedback on the filling process, cleaning regime and production statistics.
- Site supervision of electrical staff for a client.
All these projects were delivered complete with full documentation (on hardcopy and CD-ROM) to the highest standards. Our drawings are in the AutoCAD format.
