Stuart Green - Technical Director

Stuart GreenStuart formed Axial Partnership in 1997, and has well over 20 years' experience in electrical engineering and design within the food and drink, tobacco and petrochemical industries. Stuart is skilled in all aspects of our work: design, installation and programming. He is conversant in all major manufacturers' PLC software (plus many legacy systems), HMI software and several high-level programming languages including C and VB. Stuart heads up the operation.

Steve Clark - Operations Director

Steve ClarkSteve joined Axial Partnership in 2006.

Laura Plant - Administration and Accounts Controller

Laura PlantLaura has worked for Axial Partnership since June 1999. In her position as Administration and Accounts Controller, Laura looks after the day-to-day running of the office. Laura underpins all of Axial's operational activities.

Alan Davison - Operations Controller

Alan DavisonAlan has worked for Axial since April 2002, and draws upon nearly 30 years' experience in the field of control system building and installation. In his current position as Operations Controller, Alan manages the support and maintenance contracts for our customers.

Richard Goodchild - Software and Development Engineer

Richard GoodchildRichard has worked for Axial since September 1999, having previously worked in the paper industry. In his position as Software and Development Engineer, Richard is responsible for the company's software development, IT strategy and control systems software.

Phil Johnson - Technical Project Manager

Phil JohnsonPhil joined Axial Partnership in 2008 and has thirty years of electronic and software engineering experience. Former sectors worked in include the nuclear industry, food and beverage and product recovery systems both in the UK and aboard. His technical role covers numerous aspects of the modern software engineering environment to support Axial Partnership's products and bespoke projects.

Michael Smith - Electrical Technician

Michael SmithMichael joined Axial Partnership in 2004 as an apprentice and became a full-time electrical technician in 2009. His role includes creating electrical drawings for projects using AutoCAD Electrical and EPlan, as well as site electrical work and panel-building. Michael is also developing his knowledge of PLCs and will eventually take on a software design role in addition to his other duites.
